    Phase 1

This is a structured process with minimum disruption to your business, requiring as little or as much input as you like. During this time we meet your nominated key contacts, set timeframes and gather essential information.

    Phase 2
    Utilising data gathered, governing employment conditions, current legislation and best practice business principles, your Human Resource Policy and Procedure Manual is then customised to include your mission, vision, values, business objectives and current practices; as these impact on all facets of the employment relationship. This phase concludes with the presentation of a drafted copy of your manual for your approval.

    Phase 3
