In some cases this may extend to our clients’ employees, candidates and contractors. With regard to the recruitment process and employment relationship for ourselves, and our clients; HR Integration may collect and use personal information that is contained within your resume, application details and employment forms. This may include but is not limited to name, contact details, employment history, skills, education, qualifications, professional associations, tax file number, superannuation fund, nominated bank account details, memberships or accreditations, as well as additional information that may be collected through the interview and reference checking process.

Personal information can also be obtained when you provide HR Integration with your business card, reports and other documentation.

HR Integration prides itself on its professionalism and will only use personal information for the purposes which it is intended or where its use is required or permitted by legislation. We will also advise you of the consequences, of not providing information.

Use, Disclosure & Retention of Information top

The confidentiality of personal information is of paramount importance to HR Integration and our employees are aware of their obligations regarding privacy and incorporate these into their working practices. No information will be communicated to third parties without the individual’s consent, except where required by law.
