Leanne
has an extensive Human Resource background with experience gained
working with organisations of various sizes and industry sectors,
including health, pharmaceutical, retail, tourism, engineering,
government and manufacturing.
Leanne has a
strong commercial acumen and has a Bachelor of Business and Graduate
Diploma in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. She
has a solutions driven approach and is committed to providing fair
and ethical outcomes for the challenges faced while effectively
managing Human Resources.
Leanne has worked
in all facets of Human Resource management both within organisations
and as a consultant. Some key projects include:
- Development
and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures,
including site specific induction programs and the facilitation
and training required for the effective communication and integration
of these throughout all levels of the organisation

Designed, established and managed new consulting departments specialising
in the outsourcing of payroll, Human Resource information systems
and contract labour functions. This involved drawing upon all
facets of HR generalist knowledge, being commercially competitive
and working very closely with clients in the project management
of complex implementations
- Strategic
Human Resource management, participating at board level in aligning
the Human Resource function with the overall needs of the business
- Management
of ‘day to day’ employment issues including budgets,
payroll, superannuation, performance management, award interpretation,
enterprise negotiations and conciliation of employee disputes
- Managing
and conducting the recruitment and selection process of permanent
and contract employees into a diverse range of positions within
human resources, marketing, sales, finance and general management
- Design,
implementation and management of graduate recruitment and management
trainee programs
- Effective
Work Cover management in the development and implementation of
claims management policies, coordination of return to work programs,
conciliation and dispute resolution and analysis and management
of premiums

Rachael
has been involved in Human Resource management and training and
development for the past nine years within a variety of
industries. Rachael is particularly passionate about working with
individuals, line managers and organisations in the development and
facilitation of customised training and development programs,
maximising personal growth, motivation and success.
Rachael has a genuine empathy for people and builds rapport very
quickly. Her customer focus and attention to detail ensures
projects are achieved within designated timeframes and her clients
are always well informed. Rachael’s expertise is in listening
to the needs of her clients, their employees and translating these
into achievable and practical Human Resource solutions.
She appreciates the significance
of managing the most important asset within a business - employees.
Her philosophy is to empower organisations to better manage their
Human Resource obligations and educate employees of their responsibilities
within the employment relationship.
Rachael’s projects

- Designed
and managed client quality assurance programs for Human Resource
and payroll services, encompassing individual consultation with
clients, identifying and assessing their business requirements
and translating these into practical and cost effective Human
Resource solutions
- Development
and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures for
a range of businesses experiencing a variety of different circumstances
- Development,
implementation and facilitation of site specific induction and
employee handbooks
- Management
of unionised work sites through periods of industrial action without
lost productivity, through open communication, sound relationships,
mutual respect and clear policy development
- Development
and execution of outplacement programs, in particular for 80 employees
upon the completion of a long-term project

Administration, Human Resources, Occupational Health And Safety,
Finance, Sales, Logistics and Warehouse
- Management
of a large temporary workforce servicing the specific needs of
a diverse range of clients and encompassing all facets of the
employment relationship

and management of Human Resource information systems, and the
subsequent establishment and development of Finance and Human
Resource reporting requirements
- Design,
delivery and facilitation of training and development programs
including: Sales, Negotiations, Customer Service, Line Management,
Time Management, Personal Development and Employee Development
