Our Background
 Working with a variety of different businesses since 1988, it was evident that many organisations did not have formal Human Resource practices in place. This resulted in organisations running their businesses constantly on the ‘back foot’ and ‘putting out fires’ as they occurred, wondering why this impacted negatively on productivity and profitability. As a result, we decided to start a new venture and thus HR Integration was born.

HR Integration is a team of experienced Human Resource Consultants providing organisations with a specific and customised solution to comply with organisational objectives, legislation and effectively manage and develop their most valuable asset - People.
